The Rev. Thomas J. Daley Memorial Scholarship is valued at $500 and awarded annually by the St. Thomas University Alumni Association in honour of the late Rev. Thomas J. Daley, BA’59, and director of alumni from 1982 to 1987.

The award is reserved for a third or fourth year St. Thomas University student who is actively involved in extra-curricular life at St. Thomas University and who demonstrates academic achievement with considerations for financial need.

Deadline: Submit the following by email alumni@stu.ca no later than Wednesday, January 28, 2026. Recipients will be notified on Friday, February 13, 2026, by email.

 Your application should include: 

•cover sheet including the following information:

- full name
- student ID #
- email address
- telephone #
- mailing address

• an academic transcript (may be printed from Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú Self Service; however, if you are chosen, we will contact the Registrar’s Office to verify that you are a third or fourth year student) 

• a letter which demonstrates academic achievement and financial need. 

The winner will be chosen by the St. Thomas University Alumni Association Awards Committee.
